Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana and singer Palash Muchhal’s wedding preparations have been overshadowed by recent dramatic events. The celebrations faced an unexpected interruption when Smriti’s father fell seriously ill during the festivities. This unfortunate incident led to widespread online speculation and rumors, with some falsely accusing Palash Muchhal of infidelity.
Following the health emergency, Palash was admitted to a Mumbai hospital reportedly suffering from severe exhaustion. The situation intensified when Smriti and family members removed wedding-related content from their social media. Amidst the chaos, Palash’s cousin, Neeti Tak, has publicly defended him. She urged the public to refrain from judgment, stating, “Palash is going through a critical condition today. You all should not judge him without knowing the truth… Pray for him.”
Previously, Palash’s sister, Palak Muchhal, had requested privacy, explaining that the wedding was postponed due to Smriti’s father’s health. The couple, who were reportedly set to marry on November 23rd, had their pre-wedding ceremonies, including haldi and sangeet, widely shared online. Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had sent a congratulatory letter to the couple.
