The romantic drama ‘Param Sundari,’ starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, has premiered, marking their first cinematic collaboration. The film, which aims to blend North and South Indian cultures, has garnered positive initial feedback due to its heartfelt narrative and captivating musical score. The movie has seen consistent growth throughout its opening weekend. The film’s opening Friday brought in Rs 7.25 crore. Saturday’s collections rose to Rs 9.25 crore, a 27.59% increase. Early estimates for Day 3 indicate earnings of approximately Rs 10.25 crore, resulting in a total weekend collection of about Rs 26.75 crore. Directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan, ‘Param Sundari’ tells the story of a culturally rich romance between Param (Sidharth Malhotra) and Sundari (Janhvi Kapoor), set against the backdrop of Kerala. The cast also includes Renji Panicker, Siddhartha Shankar, Manjot Singh, Sanjay Kapoor, and Inayat Verma.
