This news emerged shortly after reports indicated that Deepika Padukone was removed from the film ‘Kalki 2’, allegedly due to her demand for a 25 percent increase in her fee for a 7-hour shift. Reports also suggested that Deepika’s team of 25 people was another point of contention. It is claimed that Deepika also requested reimbursement for the cost of a 5-star hotel and meals for her team throughout the shooting. Though the producers attempted to negotiate and requested a reduction in the team size, Deepika remained firm on her demands. Ranveer Singh is set to appear in the film ‘Dhurandhar’. This film is based on true events. While not much is known about the film’s plot, it is speculated that Ranveer Singh will play an undercover spy.
