Bhuvan Bam, a prominent Indian YouTuber, is set to make his film debut with Dharma Productions. The news was inadvertently revealed by Karan Johar during a conversation with comedian Zarna Garg, where he praised the YouTuber-actor.
While confirming Bhuvan’s involvement in a Dharma film, Karan Johar stated, “He’s been one of the biggest YouTubers and now he’s doing a film for us as the lead actor.”
Details about the project remain undisclosed. Wamiqa Gabbi is reportedly cast opposite Bhuvan in the film.
In other work, Bhuvan will also star in the web series ‘The Revolutionaries’ alongside Rohit Saraf, Pratibha Ranta, Gurfateh Pirzada, and Jason Shah. The series is scheduled to release on Prime Video in 2026.
According to Prime Video, the series is about young Indian freedom fighters who believed in armed resistance as crucial to ending the British Raj. It is described as a tribute to their lives and sacrifices.
