The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has alleged a conspiracy involving the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to ensure the BJP’s victory in the Delhi Assembly elections. This accusation is based on a statement by Delhi Congress President Devendra Yadav. AAP leader Atishi claimed that a plot was hatched to defeat Arvind Kejriwal, suggesting that the two parties maintain a covert alliance while feigning opposition.
Atishi, in a tweet, stated that Devendra Yadav had admitted that the Congress fought the Delhi Assembly elections to help the BJP win. She added that the public is now aware of the truth, claiming that the BJP and Congress colluded to defeat Kejriwal. She emphasized that this isn’t merely an allegation but a confession by the Delhi Congress President. The AAP asserts that the two parties are outwardly in conflict but secretly allied, urging the public to be cautious as the real battle is against the BJP-Congress nexus.
