In Noida Phase 1, Bajrang Dal activists created a commotion on Tuesday evening. The activists were informed about the discovery of a calf’s carcass in a drain, which led to outrage. The enraged activists gathered near the Shani temple and attempted to block the road. Upon witnessing the escalating chaos, the police arrived at the scene and attempted to pacify the crowd. They provided explanations and assured that necessary action would be taken to bring the situation under control.
According to the police, on Tuesday evening, some individuals reported the presence of a cow’s carcass at a secluded spot near the Shani temple in Sector 14A. The Bajrang Dal workers suspected that the calf had been murdered. While the police were preparing to reach the location upon receiving the information, Bajrang Dal and other Hindu organizations’ activists arrived in large numbers. Subsequently, the activists began to protest.
During the protest, Bajrang Dal activists chanted slogans such as ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and ‘Har Har Mahadev.’ Some activists sat on the road, attempting to block traffic. The discovery of the cow’s carcass in the drain created a stir in the area. During the investigation, it was revealed that the cow’s carcass was several days old and was in a state of decay.
People urged the police to thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the culprits. ACP Swatantra Kumar Singh stated that the crowd was calmed down through explanations. The police have committed to apprehending the accused within 48 hours and have stated that they are investigating the case and will take appropriate action.
