The project, estimated at ₹1973.26 lakh, will provide a 620-seat capacity cultural center. The Bhawan will serve as a platform for local artists, cultural organizations, and the public to showcase their talent. This initiative aims to enrich Nalanda’s historical and cultural heritage, facilitating cultural activities and boosting regional tourism. The Atal Kala Bhawan will be equipped with modern facilities, hosting various performances, music, dramas, lectures, and diverse cultural events.
