The Bankipur by‑election in Bihar has turned into a high‑tension battle after BJP’s senior leader Nitin Naveen vacated the assembly seat to join the Rajya Sabha. The party nominated Neeraj Kumar Sinha, while Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishore decided to contest, positioning himself as an anti‑establishment alternative.
