Bihar: FIR Filed Against School Officials for Beating Disabled Kids

The Muzaffarpur district administration has launched a crackdown on the Bageshwari Residential School following the emergence of evidence showing staff members brutalizing disabled students. The facility, which serves as a home for children with speech and hearing impairments, has come under intense scrutiny after multiple videos showed staff members engaging in targeted physical violence. The Mithanpura police have registered a case against the school's operator and a primary accused staff member. District Magistrate Subrat Kumar Sen stated that any form of negligence or cruelty toward children will not be tolerated and that the administration is committed to ensuring the safety of all residents at the facility.
