BJP leader Nitin Nabeen adds ₹6.35 lakh to Bihar flood relief and outlines government aid

BJP national president Nitin Nabeen announced a personal contribution of ₹6.35 lakh to the Bihar flood relief effort, matching three months of his parliamentary salary. In a statement, Nabeen detailed the state government’s response, including financial assistance of more than ₹550 crore distributed at ₹7,000 per affected family. He also noted that the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) have been mobilised, relief camps, community kitchens and animal‑feed arrangements are operational, and damage assessments for crops are underway.
