A cable suspension bridge, modeled after the Lakshman Jhula in Rishikesh, has been constructed over the Punpun River near Patna in Bihar. The construction is approximately 99% complete and is expected to open to the public in the coming days. The bridge is 320 meters long, including a 11.50-meter cable suspension section, connecting the two ghats (river banks) near the Pindadaan site in Punpun. This is a unique bridge of its kind in Bihar.
