Political tensions are escalating in Bihar as the state gears up for assembly elections. Amidst the ongoing war of words between leaders, a recent video surfaced showing Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav dancing with supporters and his nephew on Patna’s JP Ganga Path. The video went viral on social media, garnering significant views and attracting both praise and criticism. Central Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi remarked that if it were the time of Lalu Prasad Yadav, such youths would have been forced to dance at the Chief Minister’s residence at gunpoint. He then emphasized that this demonstrated the real picture of good governance.
Following the conclusion of the Voter Adhikar Yatra on September 1st, Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, along with a group of young people, danced on the road at midnight. In response to the video, Central Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi pointed out that seeing this group of youths dancing on the illuminated roads of Bihar at midnight, the Leader of the Opposition would have realized the true nature of good governance. He stated that Tejashwi must have witnessed the real picture of good governance in Bihar at midnight.
Manjhi further mentioned Lalu Prasad Yadav’s era, saying that under the current government of good governance in Bihar, if the government were of the ‘jungle raj’ era, then these youths, including Tejashwi Yadav, would have been abducted by goons and would have been forced to ‘disco at gunpoint’ at the Chief Minister’s residence.
Appreciating the good governance of the Nitish Kumar-led government, Central Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi noted that Tejashwi Yadav has seen the good governance of the NDA government with his own eyes. Despite this, he continues to make baseless allegations against the Bihar government for political reasons. However, the people of Bihar understand the situation and are aware of the impact of the NDA’s good governance.
Advising Tejashwi Yadav, Manjhi said that Tejashwi needs to understand why the NDA is necessary for Bihar.
Tejashwi Yadav, who participated in Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Voter Adhikar Yatra, which concluded in Patna on September 1st after 16 days, appeared to be in a celebratory mood. He was seen dancing on Patna’s JP Ganga Path with his nephew and supporters. In the viral video, he was attempting to follow dance steps with his young fans.
