Child’s Chilling Words Highlight Brutality in EO Killing, Says Pappu Yadav

In a heartbreaking interview, the four‑year‑old son of the slain Executive Officer Vimal Kumar described the night his father was murdered. The child said, “They kept beating my dad and finally killed him; you should do the same.” The innocent remark moved MP Pappu Yadav to tears during his visit to the family’s Patna residence.

Yadav used the child's words to underline the savage nature of the crime and to call attention to the broader climate of fear that now grips the victim’s relatives. He warned that such brutality cannot be the work of a lone individual and must involve protected actors who feel immune to legal consequences.

The parliamentarian demanded that the state government grant a permanent government job to the widow of Vimal Kumar and provide a compensation of two crore rupees to the grieving family. He also pressed for the immediate arrest of the driver who confessed to the murder and for stringent action against any accomplices.
