Upendra Kushwaha and Chirag Paswan held a meeting to discuss seat-sharing and other election-related matters within the Bihar NDA. A meeting with the BJP leadership is expected to take place in the first week of October. Sources indicate that leaders of the NDA constituent parties are in constant contact with the top BJP leadership through phone and other means. The announcement of seat distribution will be made after the October meeting.
Following two rounds of talks with Chirag Paswan, Rashtriya Lok Morcha chief Upendra Kushwaha returned to Patna on Wednesday evening. According to reports, Upendra Kushwaha will return to Delhi in three days to discuss matters with NDA and BJP leaders.
