Begin by preparing valid evidence: a government‑issued photo ID reflecting the new name, a utility bill dated within the last three months for address proof, and a mobile recharge receipt for the new number.

Access the official portal of NSDL/UTIITSL and click on “PAN – Changes / Corrections”. Select the correction type and fill out Form 49AA, making sure every field aligns with the documentation you will upload.
