Education Department Set for February Talk on School Quality in Bankipur

Kishor reminded the chief secretary of his electoral promise to upgrade the quality of government schools in Bankipur. He warned that if measurable improvement is not achieved within a year, his office will assist underprivileged families in gaining admission to private schools. The chief secretary accepted the proposal and confirmed that a meeting with the Education Department will be chaired by Kishor next month, with a comprehensive roadmap to be shared thereafter.
