In Sitamarhi, Bihar, Ganesh Singh, also known as Manohar Sharma, the former district president of the Brahmarshi Sena, was shot dead. The incident triggered outrage among the villagers. Angered residents placed the body on the road, blocked the National Highway, and engaged in protests against the police administration. The event took place in Lagma village, under the jurisdiction of Dumra police station. Upon the arrival of the police, the agitated crowd drove them away. The situation escalated to the point where protesters vandalized and damaged the vehicle of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO). A tense atmosphere prevails at the scene, with additional police forces deployed.
