Union Minister Giriraj Singh criticized Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in Begusarai during a TV9 Digital Baithak, addressing Gandhi’s accusations of vote theft. Singh referenced Gandhi’s voter rights journey, remarking on the pairing of Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, characterizing them as the ‘heirs’ of their respective political lineages. He stated that had they been born into ordinary families, they would not have achieved recognition in Patna and Delhi. Singh pointed out that despite Gandhi’s accusations, he failed to provide an affidavit when requested by the Election Commission, labeling him as a non-serious and confused leader who engages in self-defeating actions. Singh further discussed the ongoing development in Begusarai and Bihar under PM Modi’s leadership, highlighting infrastructural projects and industrial growth.
He underscored the revival of Dr. Shri Krishna Singh’s work in Begusarai with over 7,000 crores provided by PM Narendra Modi. He also mentioned the establishment of a crude oil pipeline from Haldia, which generates a substantial entry tax for the Bihar government. Singh dismissed the opposition’s claims, emphasizing both industrial presence and electoral victories. He added that PM Modi’s initiatives have delivered unprecedented basic amenities and suggested that those who criticize the development are akin to people who avoid the implications of their actions.
