    Havildar Sunil Singh Martyred in Operation Sindoor, Army Remembers Him

    Following a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22nd, the Indian Army launched Operation Sindoor. This operation targeted and destroyed terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. In response to this action, Pakistan initiated several failed attempts to attack India, including drone strikes. Havildar Sunil Kumar Singh of Bihar was injured in these drone attacks and succumbed to his injuries after 22 days of treatment. Despite his injuries during Operation Sindoor, Havildar Sunil Kumar Singh continued to fight. He was undergoing treatment at the Command Hospital since May 9th. After a month-long battle, he passed away. Army officials paid heartfelt tribute to him, remembering his service and bravery. The officials stated that his unwavering courage, sense of duty, and sacrifice would always be remembered. They expressed solidarity with the bereaved family in their time of grief.
