A devastating fire erupted at a motorcycle agency in Motihari, Bihar, on the day of Dussehra. The blaze at the Bajrang motorcycle agency in Talimpur Ward-7, late at night, not only reduced property to ashes but also turned the Vijaya Dashami celebrations into mourning for the employees and the owner. The motorcycle agency owner has suffered losses amounting to crores of rupees.
Preliminary investigations suggest a short circuit as the cause of the fire, but the investigation is ongoing, and the actual reason is yet to be revealed. The fire brigade team was immediately informed upon the outbreak of the fire. The fire department, with the help of the local police and residents, managed to bring the fire under control.
While people across the country were celebrating the festival of Vijaya Dashami, the agency staff and the owner were deeply affected. Approximately 60 motorcycles and spare parts were destroyed in the fire. The incident occurred late at night, and the estimated loss is around 4 crore rupees. As soon as the fire broke out, people in the surrounding areas were also terrified.
**Fire Extinguished After Hours of Effort**
According to reports, special preparations were made for business on Vijaya Dashami, as people tend to buy vehicles on this day. A large number of vehicles were brought in. The fire was reported to the fire brigade at night. However, by the time the fire brigade arrived, the fire had completely engulfed the premises. The fire was so intense that it could be seen from a distance, and people were hesitant to approach. The fire was brought under control after several hours of hard work by the fire department.
