Neighbor Siphons ₹33 Lakh from Teacher’s Account Using Minor in Patna

In a disturbing case of financial exploitation, a neighbor in Patna has been accused of stealing ₹33 lakh from a local teacher by tricking her minor son. Investigations revealed that the neighbor, identified as Anil, allegedly befriended the boy and coached him on how to transfer funds from his mother's mobile banking app. The fraud continued for nearly half a year without detection. The scheme was finally unraveled when the teacher's elder son checked the mobile banking history and found massive outflows. The accused neighbor reportedly used the stolen money to purchase a luxury car and expensive jewelry, leading to his eventual identification by the police.
