RJD MLA Bhai Virendra, representing the Maner assembly constituency in Patna, Bihar, has been booked following a complaint by Panchayat Secretary Sandeep Kumar. The complaint alleges that Virendra threatened Kumar over the phone regarding the issuance of a death certificate. The incident has led to an FIR being filed under the SC/ST Act. Kumar stated in his complaint that he felt threatened by the MLA’s words and requested security. The audio of the purported conversation has also gone viral on social media.
