In Patna, Bihar, a surprising incident unfolded when police discovered a scooter with a staggering ₹45,000 in outstanding traffic challans. The Patna Traffic Police, under the special directive of Traffic SP Patna, were conducting a vehicle inspection campaign across the city. During the checks, a scooter driver was stopped for inspection. However, the driver chose to abandon the vehicle on the road and flee the scene. Upon investigation, the police found the hefty pending fines associated with the scooter. The traffic police have seized the scooter, bearing registration number BR-01-EL7452, and informed the owner. The owner will need to clear the outstanding dues before the scooter can be released.
