A shocking incident unfolded in Patna, the capital of Bihar, where a Scorpio SUV bearing a BJP flag ran over several police officers during a vehicle check. A female constable tragically lost her life in the incident, while two other officers sustained injuries. The incident occurred late Wednesday night on Atal Path when Patna police were conducting routine checks. A Scorpio car, identified by a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) flag, approached the checkpoint. Instead of cooperating with the police, the driver of the Scorpio plowed into the officers. Chaos erupted at the scene as the vehicle struck the officers. The injured, including SI Deepak Mani, ASI Awadhesh Kumar, and Constable Komal, were rushed to a nearby hospital. Constable Komal was declared dead upon arrival. The SI and ASI are in serious condition and receiving treatment. After the collision, the driver attempted to flee but crashed the vehicle. Patna SSP Avakash Kumar arrived at the scene following the incident. Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the case.
