Security Concerns Rise as Two Municipal Executives Assassinated in Bihar

The recent assassinations of two executive officers in Bihar have raised alarm bells across the state’s bureaucracy. In Orangabad, EO Vimal Kumar was slain in his car by his own driver, who used a steel rod to inflict fatal head injuries.
