Swatantra Bharadwaj Sent to One-Day Judicial Custody; Villagers Seek Justice

The Delhi police, acting on a June protest organized by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), filed additional charges under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against Swatantra Bharadwaj. Following the filing, Swatantra was detained for a day in Bulandshahr, a move triggered by a controversial interview regarding a physical altercation. He later clarified in a podcast that the incident was a self-defence action. Local residents of Ojaul have demanded an impartial probe, emphasizing their trust in the legal system and urging authorities to consider all evidence.
