Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav narrowly avoided a serious accident when a speeding truck collided with his convoy in Vaishali district on Saturday morning. The incident occurred near Goraul on the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway. While Yadav was taking a tea break a short distance from his vehicles, the truck crashed into the stationary vehicles of his security detail. Three security officials were injured in the collision and were promptly taken to a local hospital. The truck driver was apprehended at the scene, and an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway. The event has sparked renewed concerns about the safety of political figures traveling on Bihar’s roads, particularly during late-night journeys. Yadav, thankfully unharmed, has resumed his activities, reassuring his supporters of his well-being.
