In an unusual incident, a woman in Siwan, Bihar, arrived at the police station with a dead chicken, accusing her brother-in-law and sister-in-law of murder. Rinky Devi, a resident of Tundwa village, claimed her chicken, which she treated like a child, was strangled to death by her relatives. The dispute reportedly stemmed from eggs, as her brother-in-law, Guddu, allegedly ate two eggs from the chicken daily. After an argument over the eggs, Rinky Devi alleges that Guddu and other family members killed the chicken. The police initially asked her to bury the chicken and then registered a case, initiating an investigation into the matter.
