A shocking incident has emerged from the Bastar district of Chhattisgarh, India. In the Koyanar village, under the Parpa police station area, a 9-month-old girl, named Manvi, came across a venomous snake. Mistaking it for a toy, she proceeded to bite it, resulting in the snake’s death. Surprisingly, the infant remained unharmed. The event has left everyone astonished. According to reports, Manvi was playing in a room on August 13th when the incident occurred. Her mother, Deepika, was resting in another room due to illness, and other family members were occupied with various chores. During this time, the mother left the child to play in the room. A venomous snake crawled into the room, which the child then grabbed, considering it a toy. She began chewing on it, leading to the snake’s demise. When Deepika checked on her daughter, she was stunned by the scene: her daughter holding the snake and biting it. Deepika immediately removed the snake from her daughter’s grasp and rushed the child out of the room, alerting the family. The family, in disbelief, rushed the child to the Mekaz Hospital in Jagdalpur. After a 24-hour observation period, doctors declared Manvi safe and discharged her. Doctors believe the snake died from the bites. Deepika said that she was frightened when she saw her daughter and the snake together. The incident has stunned everyone. The villagers have started calling Manvi ‘the little lioness,’ and the news is circulating on social media.
