Acting Registrar Defends Position, Cites Government Order

Dr. Sharda Prasad Tripathi, the acting registrar at Sant Gahira Guru University, responded to the Vice‑Chancellor’s allegations by asserting that his appointment was made under a valid government order. He maintains that he fulfills all the criteria laid down for the acting role and that any decision regarding his status rests with the state government.
