CG Accident News: Amit Pandey, Khairagarh. Dada and grandson died on the spot in a horrific road accident on Gandai-Kawardha main road on Sunday morning. The woman (grandmother) has been seriously injured in the accident. The accident took place near the Surhi River Bridge under Gandai police station area, where high speed Hiva hit the bike from behind. This painful accident has been captured in a nearby CCTV camera.
According to the information, Parmeshwar Nirmalkar, resident of village Padmi of Saja block, his wife Indrani Nirmalkar and grandson Dikesh Nirmalkar came to Lamra village in Lamra village. On Sunday morning, all three were returning to their village Padmi by bike. As soon as they reached near the Surhi river bridge, then the high speed Hiva coming from behind hit his bike.
The collision was so tremendous that Parmeshwar Nirmalkar and his grandson Dickesh died on the spot, while Indrani Nirmalkar was seriously injured. Soon after the accident, the people around reached the spot, after which informed the ambulance and the police. Police reached the spot and conducted a panchnama of bodies and sent them for postmortem. The injured woman is being treated in Gandai’s government hospital.

The CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, in which the higha can be seen clearly by hitting the bike from behind. After the accident, the highway driver left the vehicle and escaped from the spot. At present, the police has registered a case and the search for the accused driver is going on.
