The incident has caused sensation in the area. The police reached the information of the incident and started the investigation. At the same time, the police has arrested the accused. This case is of City Kotwali police station area.
According to the information, at around 11:00 pm on the night of 31 January, the deceased Shankar Dhimar Dhimar Dhimar Dhimar Para, a resident of 24 years, along with his fellow applicant Ritesh Pendaria, went to eat in the sixth program of Hira Gond, resident of Maratha Para, resident of Maratha Para. From there, both came back around 11:30 pm and sat under the Peepal tree near Maratha Mangal Bhavan, at the same time both the accused Kui and Janmadev came near it and what is the mater? After speaking, both of them stabbed Shankar’s chest, stomach and thigh with a knife kept with them five 6 times. In this incident, seriously injured Shankar Dhimar was rushed to the district hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. On receiving the information of the incident, the police immediately arrested both the accused who got involved in the investigation and murder.
During interrogation, the accused have told the accused Kui alias Monu Gond that two to three days ago, the deceased Shankar Dhimar Dhimar had kept the bicycle of the maternal uncle of the accused and was not returning, due to which the mind was in a hurry. The mother of the accused died 3 days ago, which had a program of Tijannavan, in which the second accused came to join Janadev.
A offense has been registered against both the accused under Section 103 (1) 351 (2) 3 (5) BNS against both the accused and the accused are being sent on judicial remand. Both the accused are brother -in -law and brother -in -law.
