Chhattisgarh Awas Plus 2.0: Target of 3.65 Lakh New Houses

The Government of India has assigned a new target of approximately 3.65 lakh houses for Chhattisgarh under the Awas Plus 2.0 survey conducted in 2024. This expansion aims to cover more families who were previously left out of housing schemes. Additionally, special projects are targeting rehabilitated individuals in areas affected by Naxal violence, with 5,600 houses already sanctioned in this category. The state is committed to ensuring every eligible beneficiary receives basic facilities like clean water, electricity, and sanitation alongside their new homes.
