Chhattisgarh’s Startups Enhance State’s Pride at Tribal Business Conclave-2025 in New Delhi
Raipur, November 12, 2025/The Tribal Business Conclave 2025 was organized at Yashobhumi Convention Center in New Delhi, with participation from entrepreneurs, policymakers, and startup representatives from across the country. Startups from Chhattisgarh also participated in this conclave, showcasing their innovations. These startups are not only strengthening the local economy but also giving a new identity to tribal traditions and traditional knowledge.
Union Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Piyush Goyal and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Shri Juel Oram inspected the Chhattisgarh Pavilion. On this occasion, they reviewed the stalls of all the startups, interacted with entrepreneurs, and gathered information about their products. Union Minister Shri Goyal had a special discussion with Shri Karan Chandrakar, representative of Chhattisgarh Agrofab Company, and appreciated their innovations. Both ministers described the products displayed by Chhattisgarh’s startups as excellent examples of strengthening the tribal economy.
In the program, Investment Commissioner, Chhattisgarh, Mrs. Ritu Sen, provided information about various initiatives promoting entrepreneurship and investment in the state. She stated that the Chhattisgarh government is providing special incentives, financial assistance, consultation, and marketing support to enterprises and startups operating in tribal areas. She added that the state government’s objective is to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for tribal communities by integrating local resources and traditional knowledge with modern entrepreneurship. She offered useful suggestions to the entrepreneurs participating in the conclave for expanding their products and increasing market reach.
Several startups from Chhattisgarh including Siddharth Agromarketing Pvt. Ltd., Ankuran Seeds, Koshal, Shanti Anand Wellness, Bastar Se Bazaar Tak, Koitur Fish Company, Koya Bazaar, Agrofab, and Hemal Food Products Pvt. Ltd. participated in the exhibition and showcased their products and innovations. These startups presented innovative initiatives related to agri-marketing, seed production, tribal handicrafts, food processing, wellness products, and forest produce-based businesses.
This conference provides a common platform for tribal entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers, further strengthening Chhattisgarh’s image as a leading state promoting inclusive and community-centric entrepreneurship. Joint Director of Chhattisgarh Directorate of Industries, Shri Sanjay Gajghate, and General Manager of the Investment Commissioner’s office, Ms. Anjali Patel, were also present on this occasion.
