Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai officially inaugurated the National Supercross Bike Racing Championship at Raipur’s Budhapara Stadium. The CM himself took to the track, riding a motorcycle to mark the commencement of this exciting national event. The championship is being held as part of Chhattisgarh’s Silver Jubilee Year celebrations. During the event, Chief Minister Sai emphasized the importance of safety and responsibility for young riders, urging them to always wear helmets and adhere to traffic regulations. He stated that channeling the youth’s enthusiasm and speed constructively is crucial, highlighting that life is precious and road racing should be avoided. The event aims to foster discipline, responsibility, and safety among participants. Ujjwal Deepak, President of the Chhattisgarh Motor Sports Association, also conveyed that the championship promotes responsible passion over recklessness. The specially designed safe racing track underscores the state’s growing role in Indian motorsport, reinforcing the message that controlled speed and safe driving are paramount.
