Raipur. The recent biggest anti -Naxal operation in the hills of Kargutta has shook the fort of extremism in Chhattisgarh. In this historic encounter, security forces killed 31 dreaded Naxalites, including the organization’s high rank ACM and DVCM level cadre. Now to convert this historical success into permanent change, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai himself will not only meet the brave soldiers and increase their morale but also discuss the strategy ahead.
The Chief Minister is reaching the CRPF camp of Galgam situated on the borders of Bijapur and Dantewada today. They are not just to encourage the soldiers, but to sit with the same brave people to decide the next strategy. The real objective of this journey is to convert military victory in a strategic field like Karragutta into development and permanent peace.
The soldiers demolished the safe stronghold of Naxalites
The area of Kargutta was considered to be a safe stronghold of Naxalites till now, but more than 450 IEDs were defused, large amounts of weapons and two mega sniper guns prepared by Naxalites were seized for the first time. It is an indication that the Naxal movement has not only weakened, but is also in nervousness for the first time. In such a situation, this visit of the Chief Minister is considered decisive towards completely eliminating Naxalism in the coming months.
CM will review security campaign and Vikai works
In the review meeting held in Bijapur in the evening, the Chief Minister will not only review the security campaign, but will also review development works like education, health, roads, communications and employment for youth. It is clear from this that the government is giving two -way answers to Naxalism. Accurate police force action on one side and fiery development schemes on the other side are being run.
