Raipur, May 16, 2025 / Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today attended the Samadhan Shivir organized in Sector Sitagaon, village Sitagaon, under Manpur Development Block, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister-in-charge of the district Shri Vijay Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subodh Singh were also present with him.
Under the third phase of Sushasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival), today in the Samadhan Shivir, 08 Gram Panchayats of the area – Sitagaon, Madanwada, Karekatta, Halanjur, Hureli, Kandadi, Kohka, Halora Gram Panchayat were included as a cluster. The Chief Minister directly interacted with the beneficiaries of the 08 Gram Panchayats of the cluster, inquired about the government schemes and listened to their problems.
In his address, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Sushasan Tihar 2025 is being celebrated across the state. It has been 1.5 years since our government took office, during which we have continuously reached out to the public to assess the impact and benefits of the schemes. In this Sushasan Tihar, more than 40 lakh applications have been received so far, which were resolved by the officers in the second phase for 20 days. Currently, the third phase of Samadhan Shivirs is being organized.
The Chief Minister informed that our government is reaching any area without prior notice and listening to the problems of the public by holding chaupals (community meetings). This government is working with the spirit of transparency and public participation.
The Chief Minister also informed that after the formation of the government in the state, 1.8 million Pradhan Mantri Awas (Prime Minister’s Housing) have been sanctioned, out of which 15 thousand special houses have been sanctioned for Naxal-affected areas. The benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana is being given to all eligible sisters, and those whose names are not added will be added soon. He said that the government has purchased paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. Now the process of mutation will also be completed automatically along with the land registration. The cost of relinquishment is now only Rs 500. Atal Digital Seva Kendras (Atal Digital Service Centers) have been established in 1460 Gram Panchayats of the state, which will be expanded to all Gram Panchayats in the next one year.
The Chief Minister informed that the Tribal Museum established in Naya Raipur is an important step towards the preservation of tribal culture. The state government is continuously striving to eliminate Naxalism and a target has been set to completely eliminate it by March 2026.
On this occasion, the major announcements of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai –
1. Sitagaon Sub Health Center will be upgraded to Primary Health Center.
2. Bus stand and hostel will be constructed in Mohla.
3. Sitagaon High School will be upgraded to Higher Secondary School.
4. 132 KV sub station will be established in Ambagarh Chowki area.
Along with this, under the Sushasan Tihar, eligible beneficiaries were benefited by distributing materials by the Chief Minister in the organized Samadhan Shivir. In which nets were distributed to the beneficiaries by the Fisheries Department. Ration cards were distributed to the beneficiaries by the Food Department. Keys of happiness were given to the beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas. Beneficiaries were benefited under Swachh Bharat Mission, as well as sanitation workers were also honored. Beneficiaries of the pension scheme were also benefited. Meritorious students of the area were also awarded by the Chief Minister.
While interacting with people in the Samadhan Shivir, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma said that the government is seriously working to solve the problems of the people and fulfill their demands. For this, applications are being taken a month in advance and their problems are being resolved after examining them. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai himself is reaching the Samadhan Shivirs and investigating the solutions to the problems of the people at the field level.
