Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai today met with youths from Bijapur district who were on a visit to Raipur under the Swami Vivekananda Yuva Protsahan Yojana at the Chhattisgarh Assembly complex. Chief Minister Sai interacted warmly with these youths and inquired about their experiences during the Raipur visit. The Chief Minister stated that every village in Bastar would become a good village. He emphasized that no one can stop the development of Bastar now, highlighting the confidence of the youth there. Sai inquired about their well-being and engaged in friendly discussions with the youths from various gram panchayats of Bijapur district. He asked them about the changes they had observed in the past one and a half years. The youths reported significant changes, including the construction of roads, improved electricity supply, and the opening of Anganwadi centers. The Chief Minister reiterated that the development of Bastar is a priority for the government. He also inquired about their education, activities, and interests. A youth from Bijapur, who had completed his BSc in Zoology and is now a panch of his village, informed the Chief Minister. Sai praised their spirit and encouraged them. During the interaction, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma asked the children how many of them used Instagram. When many children raised their hands in response, the Chief Minister remarked with a surprised smile that the youth of Bastar were also becoming tech-savvy with the times. The Chief Minister expressed happiness that the youth were updated and understood technology. The youths also mentioned that mobile towers were being installed in their villages. The youths shared that they had visited Raipur the previous day, exploring places like Muktangan and Jungle Safari. The Chief Minister encouraged them to make the most of their visit to Raipur.
