CM Helpline Complaint Resolved Promptly: Solar Pump Restarted, Bringing Life Back to Fields
Raipur. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the state government is effectively delivering the benefits of schemes operated with the objective of quick resolution of public grievances and providing better facilities to farmers, reaching the ground level. In this series, timely resolution of complaints received on the CM Helpline is being ensured.
The solar pump installed under the Solar Sujala Yojana in the field of farmer Shri Ram, a resident of village Arsiya in development block Podi-Uproda, Korba, had suddenly stopped working due to a technical fault. The stoppage of the pump began to affect irrigation work, causing problems in agriculture. To resolve his issue, Shri Ram lodged a complaint on the CM Helpline portal.
Upon receiving the complaint, CREDA officials took the matter seriously and took immediate action. A technical team was sent to the site, where they inspected the solar pump, carried out necessary improvements and repair work, and restarted it.
After the solar pump was restarted and functioning smoothly again, irrigation work in Shri Ram's fields resumed. With the timely availability of irrigation facilities, his agricultural activities normalized, and difficulties in crop care were overcome. Expressing his gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the district administration, and CREDA for the prompt resolution of his problem, farmer Shri Ram said that his problem was quickly resolved through the CM Helpline, providing him great relief.
CREDA officials stated that the operation and maintenance of all solar pumps installed under the Solar Sujala Yojana are being given top priority. Technical complaints received from farmers are resolved immediately to ensure they do not face any inconvenience in their irrigation work. Along with the public welfare schemes of the government, sensitive administration and prompt action are making the effective resolution of common citizens' problems possible, and farmers' trust in the government is continuously strengthening.
