During his visit to Jashpur, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai emphasized that yoga is an invaluable gift from India to humanity. He stated that yoga is essential for our health, with a suitable asana for treating every ailment. Regular yoga practice can help prevent diseases and promote a healthy life. He encouraged incorporating yoga into daily life, recognizing it as a holistic lifestyle that balances the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being. The Chief Minister also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing yoga to the global stage, leading to the recognition of International Yoga Day on June 21st. Several yoga camps will be held across Raipur on Saturday, the 11th International Yoga Day. These camps will feature guidance from yoga gurus and instructors, offering various asanas like Anulom-Vilom and Pranayama to participants of all ages. Events will be held at locations including the Chamber Bhavan, Bapu Ki Kutiya, and the Agriculture College campus.
