Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai on Wednesday held a meeting of officials of Balod, Narayanpur and Kanker districts in the meeting hall of Joint District Office, Balod under Good Governance Tihar and reviewed the updated status of implementation of government schemes. On this occasion, the Chief Minister expected all the officials to work actively in realizing the concept of developed Chhattisgarh while working with dedication and responsibility.
Chief Minister Sai said that under the third phase of good governance Tihar, the continuous inspection of various areas of the state and the real progress of the schemes is being evaluated by meeting with the officials. He said that the positive feedback received from the general public is proof that the benefit of the work done by the state government has reached the last person of the society in the last one and a half years.
Linking the cleanliness with public participation, Chief Minister Sai directed the officials to work with special interest in cleanliness and ensure quick resolution of sanitation applications received during good governance Tihar. He said that the positive impact of the Swachh Bharat Mission started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being reflected across the state.
The Chief Minister directed the officials to regularly visit and inspect the opportunity for construction and development work and should work for quick diagnosis of public problems. The Chief Minister expressed the need to motivate farmers to adopt the crop cycle. He instructed to formulate necessary strategies to encourage sugarcane and pulses-oil crops in Kanker and Narayanpur districts in Balod districts.
Emphasizing the disposal of revenue affairs, the Chief Minister said that unnecessary delays cause dissatisfaction in the public. He directed to ensure regular revenue court date at the district and tehsil levels and timely resolution of all pending cases. Revenue officials were also instructed to complete the demarcation work before the rain. The Chief Minister instructed to promote immunological activities, focus special focus on drone Didi program and complete infrastructure development works within quality and deadline.
The Chief Minister directed to conduct quick diagnosis of applications received in relation to income, caste and residence certificates and to organize special camps to provide necessary certificates to the students especially the students.
Chief Minister Sai expressed dissatisfaction over the examination results of Balod district and instructed to adopt corrective measures immediately. He emphasized the need for 100 percent implementation of Center-promoted schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Har Ghar Water, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also shared information about 400/220/132 KV high -centers at Deori and Dundilohara in Balod district at a cost of Rs. 400/220/132 at a cost of Rs. 11.47 crore.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Subodh Singh, Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. Basavraju S., Commissioner of Durg Division, Satya Narayan Rathore, Bastar Division Commissioner Doman Singh, Balod Collector Divya Umesh Mishra, Kanker Collector Nilesh Kshirsagar, Narayanpur Collector Pratishtha Mamgai, Superintendent of Police and other senior officers of the concerned district.
