Complaint Links Neeraj Pandey, Brother and Uncle to Unfulfilled Financial Promises

RAYPUR — In a development that could reshape the political landscape of Chhattisgarh, a grievance submitted to the state police accuses NSUI state president Neeraj Pandey, his brother Deepak Pandey, and uncle Indrasan Pandey of siphoning more than Rs 29 lakh from a private citizen. The petitioner asserts that the funds were obtained under the guise of arranging a Sipla company dealership, a job at DKS Hospital, a canteen concession, a ministry posting for his wife, and a sand quarry lease.

The complainant’s dossier includes copies of bank transfer records, each linked to a specific promise that allegedly remained unfulfilled. He has also appealed to the chief minister and the police commissioner for immediate redressal, warning of possible repercussions if the matter is not addressed promptly.

While the accused have not yet issued a public response, the police have confirmed that the FIR is under active investigation. The probe will examine the authenticity of the alleged agreements, trace the flow of money, and determine whether any criminal intent can be established.
