The "Meri Beti – Mera Abhimaan" campaign places girls' dignity and rural sanitation at its core. With a per-toilet outlay of ₹4.30 lakh, the government will complete 6,671 girl-only sanitation blocks across all government schools. Water security is being addressed through sand-filter units and groundwater recharge systems in over ten thousand defunct bore-wells, each priced at about ₹52,000. Beyond sanitation, the scheme allocates funds for water-related projects, livelihood-boosting initiatives, and climate-adaptation activities overseen by gram sabhas.
