The Chhattisgarh High Court has acquitted three engineers involved in the high-profile Raipur Development Authority (RDA) plot scam while upholding the conviction of businessman Ramesh Jhabak. The court canceled his bail and ordered him to be sent to jail to serve the remainder of his sentence.
