E-Library Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma will bridge the opportunity gap between rural and urban youth. A new chapter of the digital revolution – the inauguration of a state-of-the-art e-library in Aamdi, Dhamtari. Raipur – Digital education and technical training are giving today's youth new wings, with modern e-libraries playing a key role. A major step has been taken to give youth new wings and bring digital education to the last person. In Aamdi, a municipal e-library equipped with advanced facilities was inaugurated by the state revenue minister Shri Tank Ram Verma. This e-library will emerge as a large centre of knowledge, technology and opportunities for students and those preparing for competitive exams. The Aamdi e-library is a perfect blend of modern study environment and cutting-edge technology, offering high-speed internet and modern computers for seamless online study. The vast digital library will provide thousands of e-books, e-journals and digital reading material. Updated study material for competitive exams such as UPSC, CGPSC, SSC, railway and banking exams will be available. A quiet and well-organized atmosphere will provide a conducive and technologically capable environment for quality study. During the program, Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma said that under Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government is giving top priority to education, skill development and digital empowerment. He said knowledge is the greatest power of a developed society. The government's aim is not just building infrastructure but fulfilling youth aspirations. The e-library is a vital need of the digital age that will eliminate the gap between rural and urban students so that youth do not have to migrate to big cities. Students present praised the initiative, saying that having such a world-class digital study facility in their own area will be a great boon for their future and better preparation for competitive exams. Almost all municipal areas of Dhamtari district now have library facilities. Following the example of villages like Megha, Sankara and Belrgaon, library facilities will be extended to all other village panchayats to strengthen the culture of study. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Dhamtari, the district panchayat chairman, former MLA Mrs. Ranjana Sahu, the Aamdi municipal chairman, senior representatives, officials and a large number of local citizens.
