There was chaos in the registry office of Gundradehi Tehsil today when a farmer tried to consume poisonous substances after getting fed up with negligence in the process of error improvement in land documents.
According to the information, farmer Ramkumar, age around 50 years, resident of village Bhusranga (Belodi), had been traveling around the Registrar’s Office for several days to improve the mistake made in the papers of his wife’s land. Despite repeated requests, when the error in the documents did not improve, he reached the office with poison with him today.
It is being told that as soon as he had to face evil again, the farmer tried to consume poison in the office itself. During this time, the poison went into his eye, which deteriorated his health. He was immediately admitted to Gundradehi Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. As soon as the incident was reported, Gundradehi police reached the spot and started investigating.
Chief Minister gave clear warning to officials
Please tell that two days ago, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that the officers or employees concerned will be held responsible for the error in the revenue records. If an officer’s login has been incorrect entry, strict action will be taken against him. The Chief Minister gave this clear instructions in a review meeting held under Good Governance Tihar in Raigad. He told the officials that the people do not break the trust of the administration due to the error in land, farming, or other documents, for this it is necessary to make the revenue system accountable.
