Raipur. On making objectionable remarks against the Brahmin society, the local court has ordered an FIR against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap under non -bailable sections 196, 299 and 353. In this case, advocates Anjinesh Shukla, Nimish Kiran Sharma and Sandeep Thorani advocated.

In fact, on 18 April, Anurag Kashyap made an objectionable and derogatory remark on his official Instagram account (Anuragkashyap10), writing that “I will be mute on Brahmins, any problem?”. Hurt by this statement, Advocate Shukla had filed a complaint before the concerned police station in -charge on 20 April.
No action was taken by the police station in -charge and the Superintendent of Police on Shukla’s application. Angry with the apathy of the police, Anjinesh Anjay Shukla presented a complaint in Raipur District Court demanding a criminal case against Anurag Kashyap.
During the hearing of the case, Advocate Shukla, referring to the relevant decisions of the Supreme Court and various High Courts, presented the argument before the court that the said comment is not only to dissolve social harmony, but it falls in the category of hurting religious sentiments of a particular community and under the category of punishable crime.
Taking cognizance of the arguments and legal parables presented by Judicial Magistrate First Class Akansha Beck, he considered him legally and directed the concerned police station to register a criminal case against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap.

On this case, Advocate Anjinesh Shukla said that he had moved the court if there was no FIR on the complaint of the complaint. Considering the Judgment of the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court as the basis, the court has ordered to register an offense against Anurag Kashyap under Section 196, 299 and 353 of the Indian Justice Code, which is not a non -perfect.
