Raipur 21 May 2025/ On the third phase of the Sushasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival), the helicopter of the state Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, who set out to ascertain the ground reality of the implementation of government schemes in every corner of the state, landed today in Dokda village of his home district Jashpur. Here, at the Samadhan Shivir, he learned the reality of the schemes by interacting with the beneficiaries of PM Awas and other schemes and the actions taken on the applications received during the Sushasan Tihar. Addressing the general public, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that I am a son from your village-home. It is my fortune that with your blessings, I have become the Chief Minister of the state. Taking the state on the path of development is my resolve.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that our government was formed with your blessings. We have been working for development for the last one and a half years. Immediately after forming the government, in the first cabinet meeting, approval was granted for 18 lakh houses for the beneficiaries of PM Awas. He said that houses are continuously being built in the state. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi conducted ‘Grih Pravesh’ (housewarming) for 3 lakh housing beneficiaries in Bilaspur. In Ambikapur, Union Panchayat Minister Shri Shivraj Singh conducted ‘Grih Pravesh’ for 51 thousand beneficiaries. The Chief Minister said that those whose houses are not concrete do not need to worry. Everyone whose name is in the SECC and Awas Plus surveys will get a house built. The Prime Minister has made a significant budgetary provision for PM Awas this year. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that we have fulfilled the promises made to the farmers. Paddy was procured at Rs 3100 per quintal, 21 quintals of paddy were procured per acre, and the outstanding bonus amount for two years was also given. Financial assistance has been started for landless agricultural laborers. Through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, women are being given an amount of one thousand rupees every month to make them economically strong, and work is being done towards women empowerment. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that to benefit the tendu leaf collectors, the remuneration amount per standard bag per 4000 acres has been increased to Rs 5500. He said that along with sending pilgrims for the दर्शन (darshan – sacred viewing) of Prabhu Ram in Ayodhya under the Ramlala Darshan Yojana, the Mukhyamantri Teerth Yojana (Chief Minister Pilgrimage Scheme) has now been started. Under this scheme, any person above 60 years of age from our state will be able to visit major pilgrimage sites in the country free of cost.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that our government has made the process of land registration easier and also simplified the process of name transfer (namantarana). Now there is no need to go to anyone for name transfer. Name transfer will happen along with land registration. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that villagers are being connected to banking facilities. Services will be available in all Gram Panchayats of the state through Atal Digital Seva Kendra. Farmers will not have to go out of the village. Currently, on April 24, Atal Digital Seva Kendras have been started in 1460 Gram Panchayats of the state. The Chief Minister said that I have also personally seen that the general public is benefiting from this service. On this occasion, Pathalgaon MLA and Vice President of Surguja Development Authority, Smt. Gomati Sai said that this is evidence of good governance, the government of Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai is reaching every home. The problems of the villages are being heard and resolved. The government is working to deliver central and state schemes to the needy. Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, while giving information about the resolution of applications received under Sushasan Tihar in the district, informed that out of more than one lakh 32 thousand applications received, more than one lakh 28 thousand applications have been resolved. Camps are being organized in 54 clusters in Jashpur district. 97 percent of the applications have been resolved. The Collector informed that based on the applications received during Sushasan Tihar, beneficiaries have also been provided benefits from the schemes. Some demands have been sent to the government for approval. He said that efforts have been made to resolve every application in a time-bound manner. In the Samadhan Shivir at Dokda village, 3258 applications were received under the Gram Panchayats, out of which most have been resolved. On this occasion, District Panchayat President Shri Salik Sai, Chief Secretary Shri
