A young man from Bhilai tragically drowned while bathing in the sea at Puri after visiting the Jagannath Temple. Mukesh Gupta, along with his friends, went to Puri for darshan. After the temple visit, they went for a swim in the sea. Unfortunately, strong waves pulled Mukesh under, leading to his death. His friends brought his body back to Bhilai. Family members have expressed their grief, stating that no one came forward to help. The incident has cast a shadow of mourning over the community.
