Mega Investment Boosts Local Economy: New Yash Fans Facility to Generate Thousands of Jobs

A massive ₹152.74 crore infusion by Yash Fans is set to transform the economic fabric of Naya Raipur. The new consumer‑electronics manufacturing unit will create 3,500 direct jobs, positioning it as the largest private‑sector employer in the region.

Beyond the core workforce, the project is expected to catalyze a suite of supportive industries, ranging from component machining to packaging, transportation and ancillary services. The state’s Industrial Development Policy 2024‑30 specifically earmarks incentives for such labour‑intensive enterprises, ensuring fiscal support and streamlined clearances.

Strategically located near abundant steel and aluminium supplies, the plant benefits from reduced raw‑material logistics costs. Yash Fans’ leadership highlighted that the central location also facilitates easy distribution to major markets across India, promising a steady flow of Make‑in‑India products to households nationwide.
